How do I order ADT for a Memphis house?

How much is ADT monitoring in Memphis?
Plans start at $53.99/mo for ADT Secure+, then Smart+ $63.99 (most popular), and Complete+ $74.99, with a $99 install on many plans. Ask about the free alarm-system promo ($850 value) on qualifying monitoring*. A new monitoring agreement is required — typically 36 months. Early termination fees apply. Homeowners only.
Does Memphis charge a yearly alarm permit?
Yes, inside the City of Memphis. Chapter 9-16 requires a Metro Alarm Office permit: $30 new residential, $10 annual renewal, expires June 30. Confirm at (901) 636-6380. Permitted police false alarms: first in the permit year is free, then $50 plus $90 cost of service. Unpermitted systems add $20 administrative and have no free false alarm. Fire false-alarm cost of service is $250. Bartlett bills $50 after three false alarms in a calendar year. Southaven bills up to $100 after four false alarms in twelve months. Olive Branch bills $100 after three false alarms in twelve months. Other cities confirm from the ZIP — we do not invent a dollar amount.
There is a leftover keypad in my Germantown resale. Now what?
Photograph it before you pull it off the wall. Many Germantown, Collierville, and Cordova resales still have a panel. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over. Builder leftover keypads are usually not ADT — those get replaced.
Does monitoring work when MLGW is out?
Yes. Ask about cellular backup so the panel still reaches ADT if MLGW or the Wi-Fi is down. Memphis and most of Shelby County sit on Memphis Light, Gas and Water. Chickasaw Electric Cooperative covers some Collierville and Arlington pockets. Entergy Mississippi serves Southaven, Horn Lake, and Hernando. Northcentral Electric Cooperative serves Olive Branch. Entergy Arkansas serves West Memphis and Marion.

Can you install before we leave for a weekend on Beale Street?
We confirm the earliest install window on the call. Weekdays empty a lot of Memphis houses. A Medical District shift or a commute on I-40 empties the same doors. Promotional offers are for homeowners, not short-term rentals. Say so on the call.
Do you cover Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, and Southaven?
